Returns & Refunds

Here at Havoly we want you to be happy.  If you’ve recieved a product you are not happy with, and want a refund, you can ship it back to us within 2 weeks of receiving the item and we will refund you the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee.  This does not include personalized items.  Personalized items cannot be returned and are not refunded.  But don’t worry, we have received nothing but great reviews and haven’t gotten any complaints yet.  We’re sure you’ll love it.

If you’ve broken or misplaced a piece to your puzzle, just shoot us an email and let us know which piece it is (usually by photograph) and we will remake the piece and send it out to you, you just have to pay the shipping.
